In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return goods within 30 calendar days upon receipt.

We do not accept goods if the item's seal or packaging has been broken.

We do not accept return of worn COSTUMES, WIGS, UNDERWEAR and BATHROBES, due to hygiene reasons. You may open the packet, examine size and material. We will then accept return if not suitable.

We do not accept goods if they have stains, human hair, animal hair, bad odour or have been sprayed on, in an attempt too remove bad odour.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and all parts packed neatly in original inner packaging. Please use adequate outer packaging.

If the returned goods meet our quality requirements, a full refund will be issued upon receipt. 

UK Customers: FREE UK RETURNS. 

International Customers: Customer is responsible for return postage.
